WHO & WHAT IS TOPM?

• Khadija AliSamhoul from the beautiful Caribbean Islands, Trinidad & Tobago. She is the Visionary Founder of non-profit organization, Tower Of Power Movement founded in April 2019, an entity focused on Adding Value to people through transformative social and emotional development of adults via our personal development coaching programs, and self-awareness and character building mentorship programs for young people.

• She is a Certified & Licensed Leadership Coach, Speaker & Trainer with The John Maxwell Team (JMT) and co-hosted Tobago's first Primary School Global Youth Initiative focused on anti-bullying, in April 2019, alongside The Honorable Senator Dr. Maria Dillon-Remy and two other JMT Coaches.

• Her WOW Initiative - Women Of Worth was also the 1st industry wide recognition Gala for Janitorial employees in Tobago where 22 women were honored for their hard work and dedication in the janitorial field. A job in which service is generally unrecognized and is undervalued but so very essential. Shortly after this event, she then authored her first book entitled, Women Of Worth: The Overcomer- 7 Day Devotional. This book serves to help women reassess, unearth and rediscover their worth.

• In October 2019, she launched the Trinidad & Tobago What’s Next National Youth Empowerment Program (TTWNNYEP) in Tobago impacting over 144 youths on the island which focused on building up young people between the ages 13-29 years old, where they discovered different career paths as tradesmen and women. Through her Youth Leadership Values Program, she facilitated the first lesson on the topic Choices.

• One month later, the program went to Trinidad where young persons were exposed to DISC Assessment Profiling and Mock interviews for job prospects.

• She is currently the National Transformation Coordinator for the John Maxwell non-profit foundation EQUIP Salt & Light Roundtables, in Trinidad & Tobago, which is focused on developing church leaders from across various Christian denominations.

• During the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020, her motivational and coaching programs went virtual and she is thrilled be to bringing her skills in this arena to the world at large.

• And even though her hands are quite full Khadija is also an active member of Toastmasters Speakers Club, CEO/Owner of Pro Kleen Ltd. Janitorial Services, a fashion model, single mother of three awesome children, a treasured sibling and a true exemplar of not letting others define her path and success.
